Compliance Environmental Resources, Inc. CER is an environmental staffing firm that specializes in placing candidates in the environmental field. We provide temporary, temptohire, and direct placements. There is never a fee to CER candidates. We are based in Indianapolis, Indiana and are currently in the process of expanding throughout the Midwest. CER was established in September of 1997 by Chris Kinsey, an experienced environmental professional with eight years of experience in the environmental field. Mr. Kinsey has a bachelor of science degree in Environmental Science from Purdue University and has worked as an environmental consultant, environmental trainer, and staffing specialist.
